Responsible for all flour milling activities. Manage Head Miller and report to the Plant Manager. There are open positions in various US locations (Midwest, Southeast, Pacific NW).

Seeking a person with strong flour milling operational/project management experience. This is a position that will oversee our client’s US Flour Mills. This will entail giving direction to facility managers in areas of process improvement and gaining better efficiency and yields through troubleshooting and implementing improvements.

Responsible for planning, execution and development of company projects to optimize efficiencies across all company owned grain milling facilities.

Lead staff of grain milling personnel. Positions reports to the Milling Superintendent for 3 openings and reports to the General Mgr for the other opening. We have open positions in various US locations with a priority for Midwest, PNW and NE.

Will manage Environmental, Health and Safety area of the company including GMP’s, OSHA, HACCP, the Global Food Safety Initiatives, etc.,  Corporate based position located in the Midwest.

RECENTLY FILLED BUT WILL ADD AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE

Assist in the development of strategic plans. Support clients with product demos, troubleshooting, formulation advice, etc. Present technical proposals, pricing and contracts.

Seeking bakery ingredient/flour sales experience. Several sales roles in the US at various levels with one at the Sales Manager level. Must have experience in bakery ingredient sales, B2B, foodservice and retail roles.

Seeking experience managing Packaging, Loading and Warehouse areas of a flour mill. Food ingredient experience preferred. Midwest location.

Responsible for product quality and safety, lab management, equipment calibration, supervising QA technicians, personnel development, and employee safety. Midwest location.
